$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libpython3.4-stdlib 

libpython3.4-stdlib is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libpython3.4-stdlib package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpython3.4-stdlib *

You will get with libpython3.4-stdlib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
